Wow have I ever been in your shoes!!! I hate it sometimes. I've been there quite a few times actually. I've been with my T for over 8 years. Many times I have left her office telling myself I'll NEVER return, it hurts too much. I just got through one of my episodes like that. (all because she wouldn't tell me when her birthday is) I'm holding my breath. We have worked things out but it is so dang hard.
I hope you let us know how things turn out. I hope well. I wish I could e-mail my T, but she thinks that is invading her privacy......not to me. That is no different that leaving her a voice mail, it's just that your writing your message and sending it electronically!!!!!
I wish you the best here. I can relate to everything you have posted. I've so been there!!!! It is such a merry-go-round sometimes!! I want to get off sometimes and get a life!!LadyBug
