My therapist has promised never ever to come here no matter what. And I'd consider that if he ever did, he would have broken my trust in an unforgiveable way. Ditto for husband.

But Babble has frequently been the focus of whole sessions, even emergency calls and sessions. I was very emotionally invested here, and emotional investment is not something I was used to or good at.

By the way, he was, in general, very positive about my involvement in general with the exception of a few times when he ordered me not to come here, at least for a while. As positives, he thinks that any source of emotional engagement is good for someone like me. As negatives, he thinks that the internet is the perfect place for projection and transference. A bit screen so to speak.
