they might be...ct's could be more of a quick fix, identifying my weaknesses and then throwing a band aid over them - where as a traditional therapist would help me realize why there was a wound to begin with. Putting a band aid helps to alleviate the blood rushing out of the wound, however, it's got to heal on it's own and a couch therapist is there for that...they are both helpful and i am finding the ct refreshing and it's giving me more hope, which is something that I have been lacking recently!
