Just a thought: I always have calming music in my car and if has been a very difficult session I just sit in my car. If my husband is home I call him and tell him I am going to sit a process and will be home later so he doesn't worry. I would never take anyone with me as that would be admitting to someone else that I see a T. Our town is very small and I won't take that risk even though I have very confidential friends...it's just me. If you could take someone with you that would be great support. I'm glad you made the appt. and I trust you will keep us posted.

Take care of you,
Marie
