commute to T?

Posted by B2chica on October 30, 2004, at 15:23:35

i probably won't get to check replies till mon or tues. so be patient with my return.
but does anyone here commute to see a T, of at least an hour drive?
how is that working for you and how long have you been seeing them?

it seems there is just no one in this town that my pdoc is comfortable with (nor i) and i finally suggested i was willing to commute to a larger town about 50miles from here. he was pleased and is in the process of getting names.
i figure i'll try it out at least for a month or two, heck maybe that's all i'll need? (this is where we all fall off chairs laughing and pointing)
anyway. i'm actually scared more that it WILL work and that i WILL connect with him and WILL see him long time...all with that physical distance...course maybe that would be good too??
i talked briefly with possible T on the phone, good news is he agrees with more than once a week, offers evening sessions (good and bad) and is available most all time. sounds like what i need but...
the distance thing, and what about bad weather? and what if...and....???

b2c.
