Jenstar, since I was very young, I'd made "I" as the top half of a question mark. ? without the period underneath.
A few years into therapy, I changed it to a straight line, more the top half of an explanation mark. !I told my psychiatrist, and he didn't commented, but I knew and know that it meant a change in my sense of myself. But I'd never heard what you wrote about changing one's handwriting. Very cool.
