I tend to the literal too so I think we'd have to know how many square feet you already have. Maybe under 2000 and a house is a house, over it and it can be symbolic? Where I come from dreams about houses are dreams about houses. For that matter dreams about yourself are about houses, dreams about sex are about houses, dreams ..... Well you get the general idea.
