Just a thought! What if you go to the new T and share the difficulty you are having with Ellen. I would not share Ellen's name with the new T !!!! See what an objective opinion is and then go to the appt. with Ellen and share what you have leaarned and sort that out. I know the first visit may not get much info but you never know.
