It is not crossing boundaries to love your therapist, nor to tell them that you love them. It is only crossing boundaries if you DO something about it (Pitch a tent in their front yard. Tell their wife that they will be divorcing her for you. Physically attack him in his office. etc.)

A therapist should help you understand your feelings of love - not terminate you.
