No, your thread won't get lost. I wish I had some great words of wisdom...

I assume he won't go to therapy either? Does he know he has a problem? Sometimes it helps to point out reality when he is seeing something else - but sometimes then he'll just think that YOU don't know reality.

Sometimes you get farther if a Doctor tells him that he need meds or therapy. Could you talk to his doctor and give him a heads up before the next time he goes in? Alternatively, you might get him to go with you to marriage counseling (because you are so upset that he is jealous?). Then the marriage counselor might be able to convince him to do something.
