Hi, when I was seeing a therapist, I wrote a poem, a 3-pager. lol
Have you tried this? It also helps so much.

==================================================================================================> I think that is a great idea to write in emails and that your therapist reads what you have to write. My therapist reads what I write in my journals and it really helps her to know me better she says. Plus, I feel she knows what is happening with me between sessions. Or more of my thoughts concerning our session or just whatever. Writing is expressing. I think for our mental health, expression is sooooooo important in whatever form it takes ie. art, exercise, service to others etc.
