Dinah, Don't care for it. I was in group last year and ended up leaving without saying goodbye. I don't want to learn communication skills with people I don't like.
I may have stayed but my depression was getting worse, I didn't care for the people, and $40.00 a week adds up fast.
I've had quite a bit of individual counseling but if I have to tell my story to another therapist I'll really go nuts.
I know what I need to do in life-I just don't want to.Phil
