Yeah. I watched some of it.
He was joking when he said about testing less -- the crowd laughed at the joke was what I saw.
It's what the English leaders have been complaining about, too 'the reason we have such a high number of cases is becuase we are doing so many tests. If we tested less (like New Zealand, say) then we would find less cases, too'.
It's not a recommendation that they test less... It's an explanation as to why their numbers of cases are so high.
Of course it's not the only explanation / reason. But he wasn't recommending that the US test less. He was kidding.

I see.
I see that more recently England is offering to allow people from Hong Kong to immigrate. If they really want out of Hong Kong.
I suppose I worry / am fearful for people who have been offered this route to citizenship.
It's too easy for countries to go about trying to pick up people with low expectations and the like to get them doing the jobs the locals don't want for next to no pay while treating them like garbage.
LIttle more than slaves.
