My opinion is that if 100mg of Zoloft isn't completely working, increasing the dose to 150mg isn't going to help much...unless you're using it for OCD.

SSRI's like Zoloft reach a saturation point pretty quickly were they almost completely fill up the serotonin reuptake transporters.

You might want to add a norepinephrine and/or dopamine med to the Zoloft to help with some of the depression symptoms. Adding Wellbutrin might help.
