I looked it up & surprisingly there's a studio about 20 minutes away. Their into offer is 10 consecutive days for $20 which is a great price!!
HowEVER........ I have a sore shoulder at the moment, which I'm doing stretching exercises for & icing it 3 x daily.
Also, I would probably simply fall on the floor trying to do some of that stuff!!!
I might try it once my shoulder gets better.
Do you know if they ever have very stiff, very out-of-shape 62 year olds coming to it???
