:-)My husband & I were doing some reading linking calcium to RLS.
He realized that he used to eat yogurt every day but cut it out, as part of trying to lose a bit of weight. Over the last couple of days, he's been eating yogurt daily & the RLS has actually improved greatly!!
Today I asked if he was taking SJW & he says he's experimenting with just yogurt to see if that makes the diff.
I'm different, in that I'd take SJW also until it got completely better.
This past winter (I have SAD) I took SJW & 5HTP & my depression was WAY better than the previous winter (when it was pretty darned bad).
In what way is that type of yoga different?
Also, my son was doing running & found that he had trouble sleeping; someone replied to my question, that maybe the exercising in the evening kept him awake?
