That really does sound like a good plan. So add a Go-go-go! from me, too.
And I'll say it for myself since I really need to do something different about the weight I've gained on Nardil. I think I just ate my last peanut butter M&Ms, at least for awhile. I suppose I should have a formal period of mourning, but I'm not sure how or how long. :)
But I'm going to try what you suggested, even if it means more frequent trips to the grocery for fresh stuff. Oh, and trips to my tomato plants, which are bearing ripened fruit now. Woo hoo! First ever for me. (Dog hair hung on plants like tinsel seems to keep the hungry critters away!) :)
Oh, and I read something about eating more water-based foods, as they are lower in calorie and fill you up. So I've been adding soup to the diet, though I have to be careful.
