have you tried the green tea extract pills? I was taking a good bit, then I read about some cases of liver toxicity, and...yeah. that was the end of that, lol.
some companies are making black tea extract in pill form now. the few products ive seen mostly have it mixed in with other supplements, for cardiovascular health, etc., although I think I did see one product at an online vitamin discount shop w/ just the black tea extract in it.
I hope resuming your green tea drinking does the trick. have you ever tried l-theanine? my vitamin place was having a sale, so I stocked up on "Suntheanine" (the company apparently does quality control, etc.). I haven't been taking it regularly, but a couple hundred milligrams, on and empty stomach, seems to help me simmer down and brightens my mood a bit, when needed.
