Magnesium Glycinate depression-other forms better?

Posted by mogger on November 12, 2014, at 12:54:06

Hi there,

When I first tried Magnesium Glycinate it was like I was cured of anxiety and OCD worrying. I couldn't believe it. After about a week I became so fogged and then the depression returned big time. I discontinued it because it was aggravating my depression. I know glycine is attached to it so I am wondering if glycine was making me feel better? Has anyone had the same depressive reaction to different forms of magnesium and felt better on others? I didn't realize the forms are so different. Many thanks,

mogger
