My nutrition is improving rapidly. I now take 5 mg Zyprexa and 775mg Seroquel. The Metformin really does its job nicely.
I will move down to say, 725mg Seroquel and then reduce Zyprexa to 2.5 and increase Seroquel back to 900. Then again moving down with Seroquel gradually to 725mgs. Then 900 Seroquel and 0 Zyprexa.
And then my slow decent will start with the Seroquel. I expect to really lose all the AP weight when i hit 400mg of Seroquel only.
Looking forward :) My triglycerides and cholesterol should really improve then as well.

Schizophrenia and Depression
Seroquel 800mg
Zyprexa 5mg
Lithium orotate 480mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 20mg
