I think you need at least 4 grams fish oil. Vitamin E (preferably natural form, with mixed tocopherols) would be a good addition, since fish oil can deplete E to a certain extent.
What else...maybe high dose time release C? I do that, in 2 doses (9 grams each now). Plays nicely with vitamin E. Throw in a b-100 and some high dose niacin/niacinamide, and you've got yourself a basic Orthomolecular protocol.
