Thanks, Hugh. Weirdly enough, my symptoms have been quite a bit better the past week (blood test results showed nothing), and the only real change I've made has been adding a low-dose of Mag-T. The amount of Magnesium it contains it small (30% RDA, I think?), but perhaps it's helping.
