I have no personal experience with it, but from the perspective of one who cares for horses that need to have beautiful full hair, the vitamins in their supplements include:

MSM
Biotin
Methionine
Copper
Zinc
Manganese
Vit E
Vit A
Vit D
Paprika
Kelp
Chia Seed
Fish Oil

Helps overall health and wellness too, they get garlic and a few other herbs thrown in as well. Not sure if that will help you at all, but these are also key nutrients that should help you too...I've taken all at various times, if you had to pick one, Biotin is really supposed to be a hair growth miracle.
