> 10 grams vitamin C
> 1600 IU natural vitamin E
> 200 micrograms selenium
> 30mgs zinc
> 100mgs soy extract (hair
> 2 grams taurine (down from 6)
> 3 grams niacinamide
> 1 b-100, time-release (down from 2, instant release)
> 1 gram green tea extract (standardized to 70% polyphenols; down from 3 grams)
> I feel good. I read that vitamin C helps everything, including boosting glutathione levels. That being the case, I got rid of the NAC and just ramped up the vitamin C. I'm considering alpha lipoic acid, but it makes my stomach hurt. No more melatonin, not even just as-needed; makes me feel weird the next day.

I think a resveratrol/curcumin combo would be better for hair loss than soy isoflavones.

I would be curous to see what would happen if you just took 1000 mg of vitamin C, and 200 i.u. of vitamin E. Are you getting the mixed tocopherols? If not, you are probably going to do some damage. You may do damage down the road just taking such a high amount. Do you really think these doses are making a difference in the way you feel?

Which supps did you cut out?

Ever though about doing a little lithium orotate once or twice a day?

How are you doing in general right now? Hope you are well CE.
