L-methylfolate by Metabolic Maintenance 10mg

Does anyone have experience with this supplement as a substitute to Deplin?
my pills-
Lamictal 150mg, Pristiq 50mg, Deplin 7.5mg, Saphris 5mg, Klonopin down to 0.25mg and trying to taper off
