Hey,

I did go this route, due to cost, and played around with lower dosages. I went as high as 4 mg, maintained at 3.2 for a time, and ended up dropping to 1.8 when I felt nothing. So, sorry, no sweet spot. Can't say Deplin doesn't work for me, but that wasn't an experiment I could run. Low dose Metafolin seems to do nothing for me, however. Still, for the cost, and considering Merck is going to push it behind the counter soon, it's worth trying, I think.
