I have discontinued phosphatidylserine. Even at 100mg, I experience a moderate exacerbation of my depression. I confirmed this by discontinuing it several times and restarting it as a challenge. Interestingly, I am pretty sure that it produced an improvement in depression for the first few days I took it during my first trial.
I am actually feeling well enough and am making sufficient gains such that I am disinclined to add anything other than fish oil to my regime.
