I checked out your post. Fascinating! I had tried inositol years ago and, the few times I tried it, it made me irritable and uptight. I find, though, that several things I had taken in the past and didn't react well to I can now take and am fine. It could be because I've been off SSRIs for about five years now. Maybe my body is finally normalizing. I may give inositol another try. Anyone else have this effect with inositol, the irritability? I used to get that with tyrosine too, but not with phenylalanine.
