That's a great idea. Hey while your here, I might as well push my dietary ideology on you : ) Have you ever considered a paleo or primal type diet? It may help you feel better, and, it's likely the best diet for long term health. It may even help you sleep better! I believe diet and exercise can greatly improve anxiety and sleep.
