A combination of low dose borage and fish oil, 50mg P5P, 500mg vitamin C, and 100-200IU of vitamin E, and 200mg of B1 give me more energy. The zinc is an added bonus for me, but if you can't take it, then perhaps try the other supplements without it. Vitamin B12 can also give you energy. The dose of B12 is dependent upon your needs and how deficient you are in this vitamin. What worked well for me was 750mcg. It really did give me more energy.
