Glycine was depressing to me, as was gaba, 5htp, magnesium, or anything inhibitory. Your presentation appears different than mine, so glycine has more potential to be helpful to you than me.

I would ignore dose suggestions on the bottle though. Start with tiny smidgen doses, ones maybe you can't even feel. Work up from there. That way you can judge where you start to feel it and what you are feeling. I think a lot of people bomb themselves out of useful trials by following bottle labels.

I don't know who called glycine excitatory but that I am pretty sure is misinformation. Glycine is commonly found in antianxiety combos with gaba and magnesium.
