OOps, you are not the one that talked about GI issues with fish oil, my bad.

I would try taking up to 2 or 3 grams of EPA/DHA. This may require 4 to 6 fish oil capsules a day. I know it sounds like a lot. Just try it, you never know you may feel much better. And if you feel better, you may focus better. I would add borage oil or black current oil to balance your Omega 3s with good Omega 6s. These Omega 6s may help with brain function as well.

I tried phosphatidyl serine, it was too stimulating for me. It made me worse. Everyone is different.
