This is hardly ever mentioned, but you have to be very careful with St. Johns Wort. It's mechanism of action is similar to MAOI inhibitors (e.g., Nardil), and the same dietary and drug interaction restrictions must be followed when taking St. Johns Wort as if you were taking an MAOI inhibitor.
