to clarify my question, how many timed release "B-100" complexes can you take in a day before one of the vitamins is reaching unhealthy, toxic, or anti-therapeutic levels?
for reference this is the complex i am taking:
BRAND: Quest (the canadian company, not the british company) http://www.questvitamins.com/
PRODUCT: MEGA B-100 Vitamin B Complex Timed ReleaseINGREDIENTS (quoted, omitting french translation):
- Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine HCl) 100mg
- Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) 100mg
- Niacin (niacinamide) 100mg
- Pantothenic Acid (d-Calcium Pantothenate) 100mg
- Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 100mg
- Folate (folic acid) 1mg
- Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin) 100mcg
- Biotin 100mcg
- Choline Bitartrate 100mg
- Inositol 100mg-----
i am trying to put together a daily plan for B vitamin intake. currently it's one of these Quest timed release B-100 pills, an AOR P-5-P 50mg capsule, and on top of that today i used a sublingual methylcobalamin 1 mg pill which added another gram of folic acid as well.
also can i put these in a pill splitter without ruining the timed release mechanism?
