I like what I've read about Bioperine® so far (a patented black pepper extract). Its said to increase absorption of other nutrients/supplement of all kinds when taken on an empty stomache, by making the gut wall more permeable. Probably even more so with drugs. Many brands carry warnings not to take with medications.
What I want to know is does it actually work? Is it very noticable? What doses have people found best & with what substances? Side effects or additional effects?
It seems especially reccommended with alpha-lipioc-acid.
Though I'm wondering if anyone on here has even heard of it let alone tried it. I've only come across it by accident.
