Me - likely CFS with a side of anxiety and depression

I found accidentally that L-Lysine and L-Glutamine help me sleep although I run out of steam later in the day I feel much better earlier on. I assume it's doing something with cortisol. If you add L-Cysteine you get the recipe for Glutathione. Tonight I'm taking all three.

Theanine helped for a while to control anxiety.

Klonopin for a long time. I just got off (5+ weeks) and my libido has bounced back big time.

Taurine at times stopped anxiety.

Magnesium/Glycinate helped anxious/jitters and at time when I couldn't focus.

Recently NAC with ALA helped but not so much any more.

Lately it's been tryptophan and tyrosine trying to keep the precursors high.

I'm very careful about anything that changes methylation. Folicin can wipe me out and B-6 recently removed any trace of personality.

I am also careful about anything that lowers cortisol. Saw Palmetto for example wipes me out the next day.

I take glutamate blockers when I wake up in the AM to help me sleep. There seems to be a circadian burst of glutamate at night that the Klonopin helped with. Not 25 mg zinc, taurine, 100 mg mag/glycinate....

...last but not least Kudzu.. Believe it or not it is a pretty amazing little herb.

google for "cluster headache" and kudzu.
