My opinion is you should only take benzo drugs when you really can't stand the agitation, it would be worse to get hooked on benzo drugs than having the agitation in the first place. A simple beta blocker like propranonol may help you. Drugs will work quicker than alternative therapies. Alternative therapies usually do work with the body rather than against it.

My doctor did suggest propranolol at one time but I was worried about taking the two together. Have you information about taking prozac with the propranolol?Thanks, Karen
