Actually, even the amount in a multi-vitamin can hurt people with OCD, anxiety, depression. That's if they're under-methylated, which is nearly all people who have OCD.

I used the GNC Mega Men Multi-Vitaman one time, and I had a bad reaction to the amount of Folic Acid that was in there. It took just about a week for it to show up. I became more depressed, anti-social, and my mind had more of a tendency to ruminate on negative things. I also got agitated/depressed about things more easily. At first, I didn't really know what was up. But I knew it was the Folic Acid for sure because I had a history of adverse reactions with it before when I tried it alone. Additionally, I get pitched into severe depressions and OCD loops if I take acetylcholine-boosting supplements.

All of this stuff is enough of a test to reveal that my conditions are caused by undermethylation (histadelia).
