I am a depressed insomniac, to put it bluntly, and I am also going through a round of chronotherapy
so my judgment could hindered somewhat, but heres my question:
I hear alot about magnesium being great for sleep, but I havent felt very nocitable effects, it is just supposed to be very subtle?
or am I taking maybe the wrong kind, tat he wrong time, etc..? the kind I have is 250mg from some VCS as magnesium oxide.
I've been taking one before bed for a few days now. are there better formulations? any help would be great, -thank you.
