Thanks zen. I look, forward to trying those, and I appreciate your follow-up with this. I'm hoping to get the recipes I've gathered into a database at some point when I have more time.
Since we chatted about this long ago, I've done more research, particularly about how to use them safely. There's a lot out there to read, some good, some not so good.
I recently made a sinus formula for someone I know who is pregnant. I was surprised to see how many were contraindicated for pregnancy. Oh, and I was shocked to see wintergreen oil on the shelf at a local GNC. I thought that one was generally not safe.
