Sugar beets and molasses are supposed to be rich on uridine.

Really unusual that supplement industry hasn't provided any extract from sugar beets since uridine is not patentable. The discovery of uridine's effect on depression has been known since at least 2003.

Repligen is doing clinical trials with their substance called RG2417 (uridine):
