There is no point in taking high dosis of vitamins.
Studies show that high intakes of vitamin B actually shortens life expectancy for people with cardiac deseases.
What seems to be important for health is not only vitamins but the balance of vitamins and other micronutrients. This balance can only be accomplished through a healthy diet
