Thanks. I've had blood test at doctors probably about 5 years ago now. They didn't find I was allergic to anything, although I don't know how many known allergens they test for when they do a blood test. A lot of allergy testing that you see advertised on the net and in health food stores are bogus or very unscientific.
I suffer from mouth ulcers frequently and one cause can be gluten sensitivity.
