Nolvas,

How do you actually use it? (Or have you just tried it and decided that it's not to you?) If you decided not to use it, I'm curious if you've tried any of the other techniques that supposedly work for the same end (synchronization of brain waves). I'm thinking of neurofeedback and the like.
