Has anyone tried this out? My therapist gave me a couple of cds to try and, it's funny, the grinding, insoluble brain cramp seems to dissipate (not completely! but some) when I listen to it. Supposedly, it works on this principle: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwave_synchronization
Granted, the music is rather horrific and it's not what I'd like to be listening to all day, but somehow, it seems to be doing something. Anyone try it? Is it a load of bunk? Am I just manufacturing a truckfull of placebo (in which case: yahoo! cheap and easy!). I'm rather skeptical that anyone has tried it, but I thought I'd ask.
