Thanks for replying, i wasn't sure i would get any feedback, lol. i take a bath in epsom salts once or twice a week for the magnesium, it is very relaxing, and for the last 2 weeks i have been taking half a teaspoon of sea salt.your so right, we are from the sea pre-historically speaking, i'm sure those trace minerals are so effective in keeping us healthy, i'm really into supplemental magnesium, have a great weekend...john
