celtic sea salt?

Posted by john berk on May 2, 2006, at 16:31:48

Hi, I know the title of my thread is a bit odd, but i have read a few interesting stories on-line lately about the use of celtic sea salts, [it has to be this particular brand, other sea salts are just soduim]and how it can help with depression!!

supposedly, it is 70-80 per cent sodium, but the other 20 per cent or so are "charged" minerals, including magnesium and lithium in very small amounts!!
i will find the article i was reading and post it, but i was curious has anyone tryed these salts. i'm taking a half-teaspoon in the evening, and seem to sleep better, and wake more zestful, but i still can't say about depression.

i searched the archives and i think "Larry Hoover" mentions them briefly. please let me know if anyone is familiar with this, i got some at my local health food store....john
