I am too now. ..been gradually increasing length and last night I got 10 hrs straight!.. then went back to sleep again!!Interstingly, I've been taken about 1/4 tab of niacinamide too on and off most days lately .. well over the past few months I think. Although I got the bottles mixed up (really similar) and sometimes I've been taking pantothenic acid . Both were 500mg , and both I was taking 1/4 tablet..
so I've no idea if either helped... LOL :)
I think I need to try magnesium glycinate. what brand do you use. I can't get in in Oz.
