Tryptophan and GABA Relaxer might well help you both available from iherb.com

I'm extremely anxious and often have panic attacks or feel like I'm on the verge of one a lot of the time. My new regimen is Whey Protein (for it's tryptophan content, since Tryptophan is banned in the UK) and GABA Relaxer.

GABA Relaxer ingredients

Niacin (as niacinamide)

Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCI)

Taurine (free form)

Inositol

Glycine (free form)

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)


Try Trytophan and GABA Relaxer, don't take more than 1 gram of Tryptophan per day and halve the dosage of GABA Relaxer if you feel breathless. I find too much GABA makes me a more jittery and breathless. Read this article as well. Tryptophan not only treats Depression but anxiety disorders as well >

As you can see he recommends adding Tyrosine if you feel apathetic and tired. However Tyrosine is quite stimulating so I would only add this if the Tryptophan and GABA Relaxer were making you feel very tired.

Since you have lack of motivation and feel tired it sounds like you might have low Dopamine levels in which case Tyrosine is useful for anxious states where you don't have motivation and/or are tired.

I haven't tried Tyrosine as I'm hyper alert, I feel impulsive and whilst I don't have a lot of motivation I rarely feel tired. Anyway I hope you find this post and the relative links of some use.
