Thank you sweetheart (I did reply to your mail by the way).

Its now been 2 weeks since I started my abstinence of milk a caffeine. Strictly toast for breakfast and drinks are black decaff coffee rather than white tea (which I drank by the bucketful).

Had a duff night tonight. That monster aggressive anxiety back again so decided to do a bottle of wine. Its a nice relaxing way to melt away the anxiety. Not a long term everyday plan of course but a nice fallback on the nastiest days of symptoms.

Been doing the inositol on and off for a couple of months now along with gaba relaxer (which i ran out of a couple of weeks ago and couldnt get again until today). Not sure if it makes much difference to be honest.

Over approximately the same time frames i've been taking two herbal tinctures, bilberry for the terrible foaters I suffer with in my eyes and siberian ginseng 'cos it always seemed to help in some way.

If I was pushed, I'd say the abstinence and the ginseng combined are making a modest improvement. I'm told however that potential allergen removal can take quite a few weeks to really show results.

This board is very quiet lately and if it wasnt for my second favourite aussie lady (sorry but you still dont beat kylie!!! LOL) replying to me, I'd be sat here talking to myself.

TJ xxx
